Tenaska BioFuels Acquisition Will Enhance Company Marketing, Transportation and Storage Capabilities - March 05, 2008
Tenaska BioFuels, LLC (TBF) of Omaha has acquired the business of Edible Oil Marketing, LLC (EOM), an Omaha-based biodiesel and vegetable oil marketing and trading company. EOM is active in trading various oils derived from corn, soybeans, sunflowers and palm. The acquisition will also provide TBF with additional biofuels transportation and storage assets, including railcars and terminal storage facilities in Hammond, Indiana, and St. Rose, Louisiana, said TBF Vice President and General Manager Dave Neubauer.
