Tenaska Capital Management, LLC (TCM), a Tenaska affiliate, is the manager of the Tenaska Power Fund, L.P. (TPF I) and TPF II, L.P. (TPF II), stand-alone private equity funds. TCM works in close coordination with Tenaska to evaluate acquisition opportunities on behalf of the funds – applying Tenaska’s proven operating, technical, marketing and financial expertise to pursue opportunities for investment in the energy sector.
Assets under TCM management include power generating plants; national providers of transmission and pipeline construction and maintenance services; and natural gas storage and midstream assets.
