Tenaska Marketing Ventures Earns No. 1 Spot for Customer Value & Loyalty



4th Consecutive Year for Topping MASTIO’s Ranking of Major Marketers

OMAHA, Nebraska – Tenaska Marketing Ventures once again ranks in the top spot among major natural gas marketers when it comes to qualities like dependability in meeting commitments, reliability of gas supply and accuracy of gas scheduling, according to the 21st edition of an industry-wide benchmarking study.

The MASTIO & Company Natural Gas Marketer Customer Value/Loyalty Benchmarking Study has featured Tenaska in the top spot for the quality award for the Major Marketers Group for four consecutive years and in one of the top two spots nine times in the past decade.

The 2017 study is based on 554 interviews with industrial/commercial customers, local distribution companies and independent power producers in the U.S. and Canada rating their natural gas suppliers. In addition to a handful of open-ended questions, respondents rated gas suppliers based on 31 quality attributes that identify and quantify the perceptions and needs of natural gas customers.
