Eric Gustavson is Senior Vice President for Tenaska Inc.’s Human Resources Capability (HRC). The HRC team is responsible for talent acquisition, development and support including payroll, benefits, employee relations and employee assistance. The team also serves as stewards of the company’s core values and culture.
Prior to joining Tenaska in 2023, Mr. Gustavson held various strategic, financial and business development roles across the energy and private investment sectors.
Mr. Gustavson has a Master of Business Administration from Thunderbird School of Global Management (fka AGSIM) and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Kansas.
