OMAHA, Nebraska – Tenaska Marketing Ventures and Tenaska Marketing Canada (together TMV), recently received the Mastio Quality Award for No. 1 Major Marketer in the 19th edition of Mastio & Company’s industrywide Natural Gas Marketer Customer Value / Loyalty Benchmarking Study.
TMV was ranked No. 1 Major Marketer in Mastio’s Customer Value / Loyalty Benchmarking Survey in both 2014 and 2015, with a history of ranking in the top two positions seven times since 2008.

The 2015 Mastio study encompassed 963 interviews with natural gas producers, power generators, local distribution companies and industrial / commercial customers. Participants rated gas marketers on 31 attributes, with emphasis on honesty, trustworthiness, reliability of supply, capability of back-office personnel, the receptiveness and collaborative nature of sales representatives, overall company performance and the likeliness of recommending a supplier. Marketers with the highest overall Customer Value Weighted Quality (Benefit) Score that met a minimum of 30 ratings were divided into two categories: Major Marketer and Regional Marketer.
