Customer Connect Portal User Guide
We’re here to help you navigate and make the most of our newly enhanced customer portal. Whether you need assistance with logging in, changing your password, or navigating the portal, this Guide provides you with our Key Features and our Portal Help & How to Guide. Key Features

Log-in
We now offer a more secure log-in through a one-time multi-factor authentication process that will prompt you to validate your username, send you a verification code via email, then prompt you to enter your phone number for authentication via text. Lastly, you will be prompted to set-up your new password.
Dashboard
Your landing / home page now houses all your reporting visualizations in one spot where you can interact with each having the ability to drill into the details by previewing or downloading your reports directly from this screen eliminating the need to search for them under the Reports page.
Your Tenaska Team
Towards the top right of your home page, we have enhanced your ability to view your Tenaska Team contacts allowing you to click on their phone number and email address for quick access. We’ve also added the Scheduling On-Call document that is updated weekly, showing you exactly who is on call during evenings/weekends across our 7 regions to make it as easy as possible for you to reach the correct scheduler.
Recent Activity
Towards the top right of your home page, we have enhanced your ability to view your Recent Activity showing you your last 5 touchpoints. You can now quickly download or view the documents and reports directly from your Recent Activity menu eliminating the need for you to search for them elsewhere.
Reports
On the left-hand navigational panel, we continue to offer our standard current & prior monthly reports but have added in the optionality for you to customize your date parameters, allowing you to efficiently retrieve data from the past 12 months without having to reach out to us personally to pull historical data.
Document Center
On the left-hand navigational panel, our new and improved two-way document center allows you to efficiently upload documents from your computer via a file picker or a drag & drop feature. You are also able to upload multiple documents at once, categorize them, and tag each file with a note.
NYMEX Ticker
At the bottom of your Home page, the scrolling NYMEX Ticker displays the most recent NYMEX Monthly Close price as well as the NYMEX Prior Day Settle prices for the forward 12 months. The price will appear as red or green depending on the market movement relative to the prior day’s close. Hovering over a price, pauses the ticker displaying all future month prices. You may also collapse the ticker to simply focus on your Dashboard visualizations only.
Trading Calendar
On the left hand navigational panel, the quick link titled “Trading Calendar” allows you to preview the most recent calendar year’s pertinent trading dates across holidays & weekends, bid-week and the NYMEX Futures Expiry. This calendar helps to keep you in the know when planning across future key dates.
Tenaska Interconnect
On the left hand navigational panel, the quick link titled “Tenaska Interconnect” is our company monthly Newsletter created for you to help you remain informed about relevant industry hot topics, weather, pricing information, and recent Tenaska news. We also offer this via our Email Subscription option. Let us know if you’d like to be added!
Help Center
On the left hand navigational panel, under Help Center, you can find our Portal Help & How to Guide giving you all the detail you need around how to navigate throughout the Customer Connect Portal with ease. If you can’t find what you need here, please reach out to your Customer Solutions & Strategy team member.
