Greg Van Dyke is the Chief Financial Officer for Tenaska and is responsible for financial management, risk assessment and planning for all the Tenaska companies, as well as the projects and partnerships in which Tenaska is involved. He is also responsible for Tenaska’s corporate and project financing, insurance and treasury functions. He participates in strategic planning activities and serves on various management committees associated with Tenaska business units and is a member of Tenaska’s Executive Leadership Board.
Throughout his career, Mr. Van Dyke has been in a leadership role managing financial teams, overseeing budgeting processes and implementing innovative financial strategies. He is dedicated to fostering collaboration across departments, maintaining robust internal controls and upholding the highest standards of ethical conduct.
Before assuming his current role, Mr. Van Dyke served as the Vice President and Treasurer, maintaining lender relationships and overseeing the finance efforts for Tenaska.
Prior to joining Tenaska in 1996, Mr. Van Dyke worked as a Certified Public Accountant with Arthur Andersen.
Mr. Van Dyke has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
