Tenaska Marketing Ventures Earns No. 1 Spot for Customer Value & Loyalty

3rd Consecutive Year for Topping Mastio’s Ranking of Major Marketers

OMAHA, Nebraska – Tenaska Marketing Ventures once again ranks in the top spot among major marketers when it comes to qualities like dependability, reliability and ease of doing business, according to the 20th edition of an industry-wide benchmarking study.

The MASTIO & Company Natural Gas Marketer Customer Value/Loyalty Benchmarking Study has featured Tenaska in the top spot for the quality award for the Major Marketers Group for three consecutive years and in the top two eight times in the past decade.

The 2016 study is based on 669 interviews with industrial/commercial customers, local distribution companies and independent power producers. In addition to a handful of open-ended questions, respondents rated gas suppliers based on 31 quality attributes that identify and quantify the perceptions and needs of natural gas customers.
